Frame rate drops of up to 40 FPS

    Since the latest update I've been experiencing frame rate drops of up to 40 FPS in a single second. This happens multiple times per minute. My drivers and windows versions are up to date, there are no chkdsk or sfc scan errors, all devices appear to be operating correctly. I have an intel i9-9900k CPU, 32 GBs RAM, NVIDIA 3080 ti. Lowering the graphics quality does nothing, the issue persists no matter what. I'm desperate for help at this point, nothing I've tried seems to work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, moved the game from an HDD to an SSD, still nothing.

    EDIT: Disabling XBOX Game Bar and Game Mode appears to have resolved this issue, at least for the moment. If anyone else is having FPS drops try this.

    Confirmed. These things helped. I didn't have to entirely disable game bar, but I turned off background recording and it made a huge difference. Turning off Game Mode did too. I've always had both of these things on, but it hasn't been a problem until lately.

    Was it related to in-game menus maybe? I have the issue that my FPS drop from ~80 to ~10 when I open menus like inventory, radial menu and so forth.
