That depends on your graphic card and the monitor you are using. The image on the video was almost blurry.

Usually in your graphics card driver suite. For example, in AMD Radeon software you go to your global graphics settings, scoll to the bottom and expand "Advanced" then go all the way to the bottom of the Advanced options and click on the Reset Shader Cache button.
No idea what the equivalent for Nvidia is, but they likely have an option also.
