2 man crew sloop max inventory, loaded ships save inventory when signing off

  • I just started sea of thieves a few days ago. There are number of things the team has blindly neglected to see in the final developments. 1 being, the amount of inventory you are maxed out with should be increased x5 with players aboard a sloop.

Ship items such as food and wood should be saved when signing off, unless your ship has been sunk, or scuttled. I had 300 cannonball yesterday, I never really fired 20, if they could save rather than and up wiped .

Really enjoying this game, minus the toxicity, but I can look past the trash to bestow upon the beauty the team has put into this game. Hope too see these ideas installed one day.

  • @sinflu-n-chill It's a session based game, it makes no sense - given that crews can change every time - to save ship inventory states.

None of the things you mention were "blindly neglected".

  • Welcome to the seas! How about playing for a bit longer and see how things go? Starting supplies have been balanced the way they are for multiple reasons (feel free to search the forum, this suggestion has been debated many times before), and as @Bran-the-Ent mentioned, this is a session-based game where everyone starts with the same conditions, tools and resources. It's up to the players to manage their resources properly, whether it's having enough supplies or wasting too much time stocking up.
