Armory "Favorite" Option

    Ahoy there, ye scurvy sea dogs! Now perhaps there be some young mites out there looking to fill their armories with as many nice-looking gem-encrusted weapons as possible, but for us older salts, there be a problem -- when we open our armory, there be so many options that it takes a goodly moment to find what we're looking for. It's a general nuisance, and sometimes even more than that if you're trying to switch weapons in the heat of battle!

    So here's my suggestion. Right now, we have 5 "tabs" in the armory (Cutlass, Blunderbuss, Flintlock, Eye of Reach, and All). Could we add a 6th "tab" called Favorites that holds exactly one of each weapon type, and allows us to pick which skin gets stored there. Then we default to that tab when we open the armory. This means that when I start my voyage, I can customize that tab with the weapons that strike my fancy for that day, and have just the 4 options to pick from when I open my armory.

    So what do you all think? Would this be useful? A waste of developer time? Is there some fix or already-existing functionality that I'm too land-lubberly to find?

    @vorondil1 I like it. I've been put off buying multiple items with my new character for that reason exactly.
    I think MY idea my might be a waste of the Devs time but somewhat similar.

    I agree, We need favorite clothes too so we can quickly switch to our favorite stuff.

    @theunknownd aye! If the code is there for one, it'd work for the other too, which would be mighty convenient! The reason I think of the armory in particular, though, is that I'm often accessing it while a bit more "rushed," whereas if I'm opening the clothing chest, I'm probably not in any kind of hurry.

    Totally agree friend. The other alternative would be to allow us to flag an item in inventory and filter by favorites flagged.

    Rare we are looking to you as our favorite game devs to make this favorite option happen.

    You'd find me in me scivys fighting tooth nail if I had to be.
    I get your point but if I'm fighting I won't waste time selecting what looks good. I'll just change it later.

    @sailorkek aye -- but part of my problem is that I don't just lose time selecting the nicest skin, but there have been times where I'm rushing and grab the entirely wrong weapon-type (oopsie -- I'll leave you to imagine how those PvP encounters ended)! A smaller, size-invariant collection would allow me to memorize which weapon is in which position pretty quickly, and grab it even before the actual picture of the skin loads! At least such is my hope...

    If I misunderstood you and you were just agreeing that the clothing chest doesn't really need a speed upgrade, then sorry -- right with you there!

    @vorondil1 nah I agree with you, it was just a pointless comment by me haha.
    What you suggest should definitely be a future feature. Be nice not juggling items, especially in the heat of battle.

    @vorondil1 Aye friend, completly agree! It's just too bothersome to search through all the iron and rags that I collected over this year at our lil' heaven of plunderin' and swashbucklin'. When it comes to clothes though, I personally wish to be able to save entire outfit that I fancy wearin' at times. Would cut the search of all of the elements of one's outfit short.

    My suggestion is in the first tab , where all the weapons are mixed , let us be able to move square by square making our own sets of weapons.

    hello friends! I also thought it would be really useful and it would be really cool to have a favorite set system! can save several outfits that we like holding weapons! a click I go from holding 1 to 2 for example!

    why is this not a thing yet? changing weapons during combat is the worst thing in the game for me and others right now
