I like the new storage crates, but they look way too similar to the regular merchant crates since they are just a recoloured version of them. Also the merchant crates have belts wrapped around them which doesn't fit the idea of accessing their contents all the time, it's more as a sealing.
My idea is to replace the model in order to make it stand out more and make the look allign more with its functionality. And I think both could be achieved without making an entirely new model from scretch, but by instead rekinning the ammo crate. It has the correct size, a lid you can open and hasn't been used as an item before.
