The Old Boot

    Day 1 my buddy located an old boot on the dock of an outpost. We laughed and didn't know what to do with it as I imagine the player before us didn't and just dropped it. NOW I know where it goes lol but does anyone know how to get it?

    It seems, it can turn up while you're fishing.
