Animals Disappearing

Is this a bug again? Because it happened to me 2 times in 1 voyage..

Edit: I mean I will be running around with a chicken in a cage and it will just despawn..it is not a pig starving to death..the animals just despawn out of nowhere. This was a bug in the start of the game and now I am seeing it again.

Where they pigs? If they starve they will die/disappear.

@averageheroz yup I fear so too.

4 chickens sat on my deck last night for a MA quest.
Get to the outpost and the last chicken ands vanished from inside the cage.
I would call foul play (pardon the pun) but why kill the red speckled hen??

Can you give more information? Pigs can starve to death, snakes kill other animals if they are close and depending on where you put them on the ship, they can drown if there is water.

It probably was the Chupa...Chucka ...Chupacabra....i saw a parrot totally skinned on a rooftop , the Chupacabra was so fast the poor bird didn't even realize he was already dead...
