**is anyone having the same problem as me** - infinite controller vibration

whenever i dig, shoot a cannon, feed a pig, driving the ship etc or whenever the controller vibrates its stuck in an infinate vibrate. i am then forced to take the cable out from my controller to reconnect for this to stop. im playing on windows 10 pc. i bought a new controller to see if it would stop the problem but it hasnt so its not on my side. is there any way to turn off vibration on pc ? i play everyday so this is quite annoying for me to disconect controller multiple times per day. my levels are 50/50/50/6 so as you can see i like to play everyday but the vibration on my controller is making it unjoyable... cheers! any ideas or tips would be appreciated.
