    @mr-nameless2009 check the purchase history for your Microsoft Account. if it shows there, you should be able to find the items in the costume/vanity chests

    I'm in the same situation. I've been waiting for my code but nothing yet. I've received the other promotional items, so I know how to enter the code and where to find them in game, but the Black Dog set still seem to be lost at sea.
