Spawn Camping

So I love this game and I am a pioneer also. I love everything about the game. What I don't like is the people continuously spawn camping ships, which is another version of Insta brig. So let's see if we can come up with any ideas for preventing or down right stopping this phenomenon. I hate to say it but it's putting a huge damper on this game for me. I know others feel the same.
