Hi everyone,
i think im not the only one having issues with their codes. i redeemed my ferryman code and its is not in my account. i opened a ticket with xbox live support but has anyone been able to find a solution?

@crazyready I never saw it download. I think what some are saying we are eventually supposed to get some message over Xbox to click on some link or something and then it just shows up. Where is Rare on this? At least let us know something. Kick a*s game by the way. Very hard to do stuff cause man some of these other pirates are damn good!
@splatulated yes i tried absolutely everything i could, chests were the first things i checked. restarted game/console, looked online, looked at youtube videos. still nothing. i am just hoping it just has to do with servers lagging and there being a delay... xbox live said "unfortunately we cannot cancel or re issue your code" well, not like its our fault the code didnt get added...
@crazyready more than anything if they say this is the next update and we for certain have them ill be happy. im loving the game anyway. thats just the cherry on top
alright bois, i found an updated article from today. it seems that codes will be valid sometime next week after they patch the game
Under normal circumstances, Black Dog Pack items can be found in the relevant in-game chests after the code is redeemed (e.g. outfit will be in the clothing chest). However, as the huge number of players redeeming entitlements in the first few days was causing instability in the game, this was temporarily disabled. So even after redeeming the code, there is a chance that you may not be able to access your Black Dog Pack items from the chests until the first game patch update arrives, likely to be early next week.~~~~
