@Rare-Employee Can anybody answer me? So I had an answer from microsoft that in my region I cannot pre-order games becaase my region isn't support xbox live but now I can pre-order another microsoft project. So why I can not make preorder for this game???
@jekiz2010 do you have an xbox? you can try buying it through the xbox itself or amazon and inputing the code they give you. if you buy it on the xbox it will be available on the computer as well through through xbox. I would suggest trying to buy it through different outlets other than the microsoft store but make sure its the digital download version. other than that I hope @Deckhands see this and can provide a better explanation.
@fraggle13 I try to buy it in the different regions of microsoft store but my credit card registration in Ukraine and the operation of transaction is failed. And after one transaction they took my money 0,50$ - so it is really anoying me.
@jekiz2010 If they took your money then you are owed a due, I would contact microsoft about this and see if they can do anything
@jekiz2010 Hello mate this is unfortunately something that Rare cannot answer and if microsoft is saying you cannot pre-order due to Xbox Live restrictions that is the reason you cannot pre-order. Any questions regarding how to pre-order and the restrictions around it need to be directed at Microsoft.
@dhg-ixxrmacxxi But where is logic? How i played open beta and how i can pre-order another games but not sea of thieves?
@jekiz2010 again mate, these are restrictions set by the Microsoft store and not Rare or anyone here, as such we cannot help answer those questions and you’d have to contact Microsoft for further assistance.

Even though not officially available for pre-order we have had some success with users contact support using the link below and the support person purchasing the game on their account for them.
