So not sure if they're working as intended, but we've gotten a couple Order of Souls quests from the bottles. We've completed them, but no way to turn in since the Order is not in the game in this build.

As per the patch notes"We tried keeping the Order of Souls Trading Company out but they snuck in their voyages anyway! So if you get a message in a bottle that contains a Bounty voyage, for now you'll just have to make do with collecting skulls like some kind of pirate Predator. I hear the skulls make good ship decorations in the Captain's Cabin..|"
