@corduroywhale57 Then you will not receive any code since the game is directly linked to your gamertag.

I open microsoft store and press play but the game is not starting. just a blue box on the screen and message that the game is not out jet, and that i need to go to the store to check a date. So what is going on?@corduroywhale57 I have seen another user with the same problem or a similar one.
If what TrippyCow said does not work, I recommend that you contact the technical service.
I'm also a founder/insider and can't find any record of getting the code they are asking me to input on the microsoft store page. I looked back through every email and searched everything under my profile on the SoT website but can't find one. Anyone else that was a founder know how to put in the code?

i didnt get an code either. its linked to your email account. but then again... i cant play since i keep getting to i'm Too early.....
I pre-ordered it too and there is no product key, where do i get my product key?

i downloaded the game and wish to atleas play before the 20th, i downloded the closed bata and the scale test on the 05/03/2018 still no luck ;*( maybe im to late??
i like watched ever youtube vid out there on this game till the point where i wana hop right on board by buying and pre-ordering it and atleast play the closed bata tille th 20th or so to get a feel for the game so im not a complete noob on the lucnch ^_^
i purchase the game on the 7th of March please help!!
