Hazelnutbeard since 19th

  • I am posting here trying to get some feedback. I have had a very dissapointing interaction with SOT support and after many years of playing the game have a problem that I cannot resolve.

    Since the 19th, I have been getting disconnected with Hazelnutbeard issue. I have at least one other Guild member reporting the same. I have changed ISP, reinstalled OS, tried another PC and this issue is not going away. Support are not being - ideal.

    Anyone else seeing this? I have tried UK, Europe and USA servers, and the issue seems to happen across the globe. It happens more when another ship is nearby, that is the only real thing I can find so far. The status page acknowledges the issue on the 19th, but not since.

    Yes, I have, and I now have an escalated case open. It seems that there is something going on with my account and the servers. Yet to be established! One pattern we have found is that its happening mainly in HG games, when I turn the wheel! Amazing, but true :)

    I am sure the dev team will find something eventually. :)
