Start Quest and Game Crash

Hello,
I log in to the game normally, come to the ship, take the quest and after a few seconds the game throws me to the menu and I can't log in anymore. When I turn the game back on it does the same thing. I play it on Steam, I tried reinstalling, I tried verifying files and nothing helps :( Thanks for the answer
