I can't enjoy the game because of rubberbanding issue with ****Only Gamepad****

Hi, I have serious issue since the day one that I started the game. When I use gamepad, my character rubberbands all the time and this breaks half of the enjoy of my game. I've tried 2 different pcs, 4 different gamepads and still couldn't fix the issue. Its all okay with keyboard and mouse but I can not use k&b because of some space problems. I've already spoken with support but they couldnt make anything unfortunately. I hope there are someone else who know the solution here.
