    "Why not just use a bucket?" Well this is cooler. and it would have more range and A.O.E. then a bucket, which would be useful for gold skellys. And it would do large amounts of damage to Ashen Lords and the Fire Maw, since they are fire creatures. It could also increase the water level of boats. However, it would not make cloths soggy simply to prevent griefing (unless buckets do that, then its N.B.D.).

    But your free to increase water levels of boats...same as a Bucket...
