Old hitmarker

I love the old hitmarker i saw a lot of Videos with it and i wonder why isn‘t it a feature in settings, so you can choose between new hitmarker or old hitmarker. It would be a cool feature and doesn’t give any advantage over gameplay it’s just a hitmarker. Is it possible that we could get the old hitmarker back as a setting?
