    No, from what i have seen throwing knives sometimes seem to "hit" someone but they won't actually do damage, the literal definition of bad hit reg. Makes it feel very inconsistent, though i'm not sure if they've patched it yet or if they ever will.

    It's pretty common knowledge that the knives are a bit broken right now. Just use them on any sea fort and you'll see a lot of hit reg. The phantoms will even flinch as if hit, but there will often be no hit marker and the hit will reg. It's why I switched back to using a pistol on sea forts. I'm surprised you haven't seen this.
