TTS ISSUE

So I remember I had this problem years ago, with all this TTS system and now that I'm back after years I keep having the same issue where I cannot disable for me, I don't want to hear other TTS if they have it on, especially in ship fights and all spam situations, having just the report system I think it doesn't make sense, I don't understand why we don't have a universal setting to turn it off in general.
