Ahoy!! I'm the guild owner of Dropbears OZ a dedicated Australian/NZ based guild and am having trouble accurately identifying old inactive accounts to kick in order to accept new applications. We reached the 24 player cap long ago and receive a steady stream of new applications and currently there is no guild infrastructure in place where management can see a sufficient history of guild activity. There is no individual member activity logs and the ship chronicles simply do not go back far enough and dont reveal enough information about the entire ship crew.
Some possible fixes:
- increase guild size significantly(50-100 players)
- show member activity(last active date, how many hours sailed on guild ship, date joined etc.)
- expand ship chronicles history significantly(at least a month, ship crew not just the captain, hours sailed etc.)
Guild management needs far more tools and information to manage it better and therefore create a better experience for members as a whole. The limited member size combined with players able to join multiple guilds leads to a constant revolving door of active-inactive membership and its frustrating having to choose random members that may or may not be active based upon very limited information to accommodate a new applicant. We need an expansion on guild management tools.
In addition these improvements would benefit any future guild-based and even GUILD CREATED content that im hoping is certainly coming. ;) Thanks for taking the time.
