Low Fps and Gpu usage

    I have r7 3800x, rtx3070, 2x8 3600mhz ram my fps and GPU are both around 35% when im running the game and my fps is around 100. I have mythical graphic setting and vsync off.

    I'd not consider 100 FPS low. But I get it if you have 120 Hz display, you want 120 FPS.
    Please check your video settings - frame rate lock
    Make sure you're not restricting yourself by settings from more than 100 fps.

    @johncourtier no i don't have anythign that limits my fps, one time my game ran correctly, and I had 250fps consistently, but after that one time, the fps has been low and low CPU and GPU usage
