Spawn Rate is insanely high

    Long time player and for the first time my SOT crew an I are contemplating leaving the game on account of the insanely high spawn rate. Fix this soonest please.

    …to be more specific, I’m talking about Skeleton, Ocean Crawler and Phantom spawning in constant waves. Every time we step foot on an island it’s like we’re landing on Omaha Beach.

    Confirmed. Last night played with a friend and it was bananas with unending waves of all types - and not in a fun chaotic way but an obviously broken one.

    Yeap. Its becoming anoying, since we cant dig a treasure without being hit by some mob spawn, we kill the wave, and another wave pop up instantly. Or even at the same time. I had to face Skeletons, Ghost and crawlers all at once. And once i killed one of them, another wave comes right up!

    Two of my friends quit, due to this issue...It's out of control.
    I was hoping to play this whole week but I'm too frustrated...
    There's no time in-between the attacks, it's just too much.
    Can't get anything done, just fight.

    It's fun! They'll fix this one with a patch. Probably Thursday.

    You can start the Heart of Fire TT to get a little relief, but it apparently stops captains (the random ones) from showing up too.

    i agree. Solo is completely unplayable... I was trying to get back into the game after taking a break for a few months. Looks like my break will be extended until they fix this...

    I have found that the spawn rates of the AI has been a hindrance in completing quests in a timely manner...soon as you get in the water, sharks, skeleton and ocean crawlers are spawning at a ridiculous rate...makes it tough to get through quests quickly...
