Sovereigns are great for selling, but it is now too easy to sell items at any outpost. Moreover, It has made going reaper less desirable given selling at outposts is now easier.
Sovereigns should charge a commission on the gold earned as a fee for the convenience, at least not give emissary bonus and items sold there should not count towards achievements. This would make the window for swooping in a little larger and give players a choice to make when selling high value items or items for achievements. Once you have all the chests sold to HG etc., then the convenience is worth the reduction in gold.
At Reapers a harpoon tower or harpoons on either side of the door that would even up the selling time.
Add Reaper shipwright. With all shipwrights at all outposts allowing row boat repair and rowboats to be upgraded/changed to either harpoon, cannon or (at reapers) a Reaper keg to give players a new tool. If no harpoon platform is added to reapers then at least you could pay to get a harpoon boat to drag it and your loot to the servant of flame. To sell.
This would give more choices and tools to the payers making the game a little less stale.
