Obsidianbeard still happening :(

I am still getting Obsidianbeard after changing to a brand new router/modem, flushing my DNS and doing other troubleshoot solutions. I run on high speed internet and play on a very high powered pc. This game is the ONLY one that gives me an issue stating that it has connection issues. I am begging for an answer from developers on this matter or anyone if they know EXACTLY how to fix this ongoing problem. I don't want to have to refund this game because I actually love it when I actually got to play. Thank you in advance.
