red sea and new mode pvp BUG

I had a bug, I was in the shores of gold to fish and I was able to vote athena alegence. Suddenly another boat spawned and couldn't return to the Red Sea because it didn't have the fable. I troll them for 5 minutes by doing laps next to them in the Red Sea to laugh with them, after i have scuttled to give them the victory they deserved.
On the other hand, it would be good for this bug to be fixed because it is abusing if people can use the red sea for pvp
