Sea of thieves not showing up in Privacy settings Microphone

Hi, i really want my voice chat to work in the game but it just doesn't work. or it works randomly only. The game itself is not in my microphone privacy settings but it is under it and it says last accessed. is there a way to fix this so it can work permant?
