Ghost weapons and suggestions for Sword because its broken

First I will start with the ghost weapons... the last couple of days i've been grinding athenas fortune for the new weapons and have unlocked the pistol and sniper and all of the equipment (I will be unlocking the rest in the next day or so). I was very excited about the look of the guns but let me tell you when you are holding those bad boys, they are blinding! especially in the dark. The only thing I could compare it to that was in the game was the red ashen skull in the sky, and when you would look at it and its just ruptures your retina, you know what I mean? but instead its a teal color that pierces your pineal gland through your eye sockets, and let you travel to other dimensions! Now the pistol isn't too bad but the equipment and the sniper are very bright and when in combat its is very distracting. I cant see myself using them just because of that reason. If there was a way that rare could just tone down the brightness of the glow to like a feint smokey look I think it would be better......Now ..on with the sword... I think its just too strong. Also it really doesn't take any skill to use. I just see people flailing it around like a wet noodle and they can destroy anyone... my suggestion would be to revert the damage back to 20 and lower the damage of the sword charge to 35 or 40 , but make it to where there is no penalty for missing a target. I think mobility will be increased by a lot but wont make it an absolute monster of a weapon....also the shrouded ghost is a lie.
