Tried to get my journals for Tall Tale 7 (yes it was active). They simply don't exist on Old Faithful anymore.
Same for me :( Since few days i tried and nope I can't gain shores of gold malediction cause of thoses "no journals" :( :(
I suggest you submit a bug report to the Support section of this site.
