@sgt-palooggoo Yes isopods are crustaceans. They exists on land, and in fresh water and seawater. You are probably more familiar with them than you realize as they can often find their way into your home (e.g. woodlice/pillbugs/potato bugs). The deep sea varieties can become huge. Their environment is cold and nutrient poor so their metabolic rate is very slow. This, in turn, causes them to grow slowly over a long period of time.

Thanks. To get a better result you might want to edit you Original Post(OP) by hitting the Helm sysmbol, the thing that looks like a ships captian wheel then add the link on it's own line with nothing else next to it so it can be displayed right in the post. Just a helpful pro tip. Like how it is on top.
