Entered Codes a week ago, still no items

    Hello,

    I submitted a support ticket last week about not receiving my items, but haven't been able to get much help. The multiple responses have just told me I need to wait for my codes, however I received my codes for both preorder and founder.

    The problem is after I put my codes in last week I have yet to receive my items in game...

    They did issue me a new founders code, but that doesn't work as the Microsoft website says the following:

    Looks like you already own this Go to My games or My library on your home device to download it.
    PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent
    rPes1A7WrP3Knf+01wWXmv.10

    Any help with this is appreciated..

    Are you sure you are redeeming your codes on the same profile you are playing on? If you go to https://account.microsoft.com, log in as the account you are playing on and check your order history (under payments and billing). You should see the founder pack in the order history. If you can't see it in there I suspect you have been redeeming items on a different account.

    I have the same problem with the black dog set, mercenary set and the ferryman set. They all show up in my Xbox account but still have not been credited in game.

    @streetglow3 I had to download and update mine from the Microsoft store. but the pre order bonus came to me in my xbox app messages. take a peek. but if you still haven't gotten them hold fast until this maintenance window is finished.

    Same here, i have already redeemed my Black dog and ferryman codes before the game launch. Still didn't find them in the game after 2 weeks. (Xbox One X)
    So i tried uninstall and reinstall the game, also tried play the game on my PC, still no luck.

    @streetglow3 Both the ferryman and the blackdog set just appeared in my clothing chest after redemption.
    Founder sails as an xbox redeemable code which I put in via the MS store and the Ferrymans garb via the code that came in the controller box. The preorder bonus just appeared in my chest in game about a week late.

    @streetglow3 I don't want to seem condescending, but do you know that you need to equip the clothing from a chest found at the clothing vendor or on ship?
    If you do know then i have no idea, although mine took 48 hours to come through.
