I submitted a support ticket last week about not receiving my items, but haven't been able to get much help. The multiple responses have just told me I need to wait for my codes, however I received my codes for both preorder and founder.
The problem is after I put my codes in last week I have yet to receive my items in game...
They did issue me a new founders code, but that doesn't work as the Microsoft website says the following:
Looks like you already own this Go to My games or My library on your home device to download it.
