A crew mate of mine has been banned. For some background, we have both played since the beta. We've recently been going back to Tall Tales to try to get the curse. When we play, we don't use in-game chat or voice really at all since we use discord to talk to other friends playing other games. We do sink ships, but only if they clearly have loot, are attacking us, or camping an island we need to visit for our voyage/tale. A few days ago he got a 2 day ban, and then the next day a follow up saying it was made permanent, with no reason given outside of a copy of the pirate code in a canned email. Hes followed up with help tickets and just gets the same identical response. We need an appeal process.
