Polish Language?

@endersik I think that's a case of supply and demand.
If a game's audience in a certain country that wants such a feature (like polish people in poland asking for a polish language option) is so small that it costs you more money then it makes it will often not be implemented.

Most Dutch people read write and speak both English and German, thus games here don't need to be translated often. We just enjoy the same games in english.
France is a large country with a decent amount of gamers and other countrie (ex colonies for example) also adopt the french language, thus translating to french is a good Idea.

So in short, probably because there's no demand for it.
