What i thought about is a sort of food storage item that you could carry with you on to islands like the fruit crate, except this would be for fishes. I think it would be rally useful when you are fishing on islands, or anywhere off your ship that you could just put down the box, start fishing and when you have an inventory filled with fish, you didnt have to run back to your boat, you could just put your fish right next to you in the crate, maybe you could purchase these crates from seaposts for 100 gold/ find them on islands, i know this is not very important but i think it would be a great feature for fishing.

wow i didnt expect to see replies for this idea at this point, reading so many comments for this old post is quite a pleasent surprise :D, btw yeah meat crate would pretty much cover everything, so i guess that might be better idea. I really only tought about raw fish so i dont have to run back to my ship if im fishing for pondies after every 6 fish, any ideas on how the crate should look like, i imagined one similar to the fruit crate, except this would be light blue, fish scales painted on the side, and fish tails hanging out from under the covering of the crate, im not sure yet how meat box would look like yet, something similar to this maybe ?
