I've missed so much and as someone who likes to collect this is really hurting my enjoyment of the game.

@satnsfavsuccubi They did say limited items will come back at some point so hopefully you will have another chance. Tip for you..play the game don't miss them LOL
@averageheroz ya, don't know how much you have played....but I recommend just playing the game for fun and not to collect. I have not done the math...but I would guess you have to put in about 2000 hours just to get enough money to buy all the current stuff. And they will keep adding more. (they just added 1.5 million worth of legend stuff alone). Don't give your life to this game just to chase a pair of digital pants.
I completely agree with @negative-creep, play the game for fun. The cosmetics will probably be back in some form to purchase. For now it's exclusive for those who've done the events.
Just keep playing the game, save up some doobles for the events so you can buy them when you log in at the start of one.
Yes, in recent podcasts and developer update videos on YouTube; it was stated that the limited time bilgerat cosmetics will circulate in the future. As for event related cosmetics like the "Hungering Deep" and "The Cursed Sails." those are time limited, I.E. you had to be playing to get those cosmetics.

I want to say yes. I know they said everything would be available to everyone eventually but that could be the code items. I did however get the shark hunter title, tattoos, scars, and drum somehow without ever doing the hungering deep. ( didn’t play yet)

It's all just wordplay though, as it doesn't definitely say they'll never be returning. Like a supermarket sale, it's also a limited time offer however there will always be more offers at later times. The only one that knows if the items will return again is Rare and they haven't explicitely said anything about it.

No, Just stop. Why do players ask to be pushed for more money? Gamer's like you are a real issue. It's why almost every game has loot boxes or microtransactions. Pets are already going to be their microtransactions part, don't ask for other things to be as well.

@negative-creep Not near that amount of time LOL. I work 40hrs or more a week and I still manage to collect everything. If I can do it most people can. :)

The Shark Hunter Title is from Merrick Quest and the Drums! But you can’t get access to the Scar, Figurehead and Shark Slayer Title without an exhilarating fight against the Meg in T16!
They will be offered by the shopkeepers after a certain amount of time.
