I'm not sure how many of you played the first battlefield game (BF1942), but there was a mod called Battlefield Pirates which basically put two teams against each other to capture points across different islands. Both ends of the map had large forts with cannons which could be used as a last stand.
With the introduction of the Alliance system, I wonder if this could be pushed to place two teams of three to go head to head in a PVP style area similar to how BF Pirates worked. I think this would be a cool idea, but i'd love to see some opinions/thoughts?
