I think that the magalodon should be added to the game because it was one of the biggest creatures in the world and I think many people would like it and I think that it should come out at day cause at night no one would notice him and he would come out by a loud noise and from the back of the ship and hunting the ships it would come out slowly and when he would get out of the water his head he will eat the ship the only chance to beat him will be to kill him with your gun before he gets him head out

Ahoy there and thanks for posting your suggestion, there was a little bit of art work posted on twitter recently by Jason Pickthall, which is of a rather large shark..... this big or bigger?
@katttruewalker The estimated size of the megalodon is disputed but the common agreement is the maximum size is somewhere around 18 meters or 59 feet. The largest great white currently measured was 6.1 meters or 20 feet.
The largest assembled jaw is measured at 9 ft tall and 11 ft across. I am not sure how many of the teeth that make up this jaw are artificial.
@xcalypt0x If we generously estimate that the pirate in the concept art is 6ft, then that shark is around 16-18ft by my rough estimation, so within the megalodon range. Personally I'll be disappointed if this art means that Rare are adding a megalodon instead of one of the many far more interesting sea monsters out there (although adding it alongside something else is fine of course) Sharks are incredibly boring to me, no matter how big they happen to get 😐
@mr-spiderhead While 18 ft would fall in Megalodon range, it would be on the smaller side. The commonly acknowledged average is 10.5 meters (34 feet).
So it would be kinda lame if they put a "Megalodon" that was the size of a large great white :/

And I hope they add a whole bunch of interesting and diverse sea monsters!
