Hey Everyone!
I've been enjoying the hell out of Sea of Thieves with my friends. While there is still a lot to be desired from the game it has given me one of the most amazing and memorable gaming experiences I've had since I was a toddler (now 22y).
Before I continue I should mention that the upcoming roadmap and content updates look very promising!
Alright so here goes my two cents and what I would love to see. In short: I want to boast with my achievements.
What my friends and I cooked up was either personal housing or a pirate guild/outpost but in either case we'd like to see some sort of achievement based customizables and not only for your character. It does not have to provide players with any benefits, although if you have a pirate guild with a bunch of players it could be cool to at least give them some shops but it might disturb some game dynamics that should not be disturbed.
It should just give players the place to personalize and showcase their achievements (NOT JUST STUFF PURCHASED WITH GOLD). Lets say I kill the Kraken, I would get a trophy (like a tentacle or whatever) which I would be able to present in my house or guild.
Of course, there can be much more achievements like this (Perhaps if you have sinked 100 player boats, killed X players, ....). That way players can actually present their avatar as the pirate they choose to role play as in the game.
