I STILL Dont have black dog pack items

  • So I redeemed the code exactly 8 days ago and still don't have items; anyone have any insight on the issue?

  • I've already opened a ticket 3 days ago and they still haven't replied besides saying it's being reviewed

  • I recommenced to DM the SoT twitter if you have a twitter account as that is how I got my items sorted after the original ETA time passed after launch week for myself and my friend. Just let them know your username that you use for the xbox live and it should be sorted on the same day.

  • Make absolutely sure that the account that received the items is the account that you are logging into. Are you on PC?

  • @mubhcaeb78 I am and i will try twitter i am still very confused as to how they haven't sorted this issue out yet

  • @angrykraken9 Like the other friendly pirates said; As long as you stay in contact with Rare/Microsoft support, they'll sort you out no problem, and you'll have all your gear before you know it.

    My one lingering question is how you've only redeemed the code a little over a week ago, seeing as the game launched over a month ago.
    The Black Dog pack was a pre-order bonus, but so long as you got it legit, the developers and/or Microsoft will absolutely fix it for you. On the remote chance that you picked up the game/code off a third party site, it's also a possibility that the codes' void.

    Not here to judge or presume, just trying to offer as many facts as I can, hopefully to keep you informed.

    Their support staff have been zero help for me. None. They referred me to Microsoft, who referred me back to Rare, who referred me right back to Microsoft.

    So file a ticket and get ready to be ignored.

    On PC, someone said having to log into the computer using their xbox account was the fix.
    It isn't good enough to just "sign in" to xbox and microsoft store as the account, you have to sign into the computer with it as well.

  • @angrykraken9 Im on pc and what i did was i went to my xbox app on windows 10 and went over to notifications and there was a code with a redeem optoin. Make sure game is closed when doing this. Im not sure if you tried this yet but incase that is what i suggest. If not they should have it fixed.

  • @angrykraken9 I had the same issue, but it turned out my xbox app was logged into an old account, so the items were actually there in my normal account, just needed to be installed. Try logging out of the xbox app and back in, and make sure it's the right account!

  • @tundra-793 Ok well i thought the game would be cool so I ask my brother if he could gameshare it with me and give me the code since he hated the game btw he hasn't used the code because when i put it in it verified under my account and Microsoft support agknowledged that the code was redeemed under my account
