Walking glitches every 10 steps on xbox

I haven't seen anything addressing this, though there was something about performance issues under the next updates. I can't walk more then 10 steps without being teleported... wherever, backwards, forwards, left, right, it's like he's perpetually drunk, if I walk slow it doesn't happen but once I try and run I teleport through the enemy, my ship, off cliffs...
