    A total disappointment.

    Pay 70 euros for a game like that we touch the limit of legality. And I can not even ask for the refund.

    They were so mysterious about the contents of the final game and what was there? nothing more than what we saw in the beta. I already hear the fanboys, "we have the kraken", yes but which kraken? a couple of tentacles sprouting from the water without a body, hey devs why did not you make a panoramic view from under the water during the kraken attack in the trailer?
    NO but still, the true mystery of this was not the devs on the contents, the mystery is how it costs 70 euros, a thing like that.

    @padre-godwin dude you don't need a giant brain to figure out that there won't be much more added in the last 10 days since the game has been in development for years... And on top of that some of the "new" content was accidentally leaked in the final beta like the crates that were not supposed to spawn there but they did. On top of that if you really wanted to know what exactly what was going to be in the game you could have checked one of those datamine posts that were not deleted for hours since the deckhands were too busy trying to calm down all the crybabies ranting about how they were scammed by the game one way or another.

    The game is fine buddy. Don't be upset because you hyped it up to be more than what we experienced in the final beta builds. I'm sure more content will be added. Just enjoy the game for what it is and have fun!

    1. There was a video put out by Rare over a month ago, about the game's core progression loop (aka: what you would be doing), that laid out plainly, exactly what you would be doing. There was nothing "mysterious" about it, beyond people poring over datamined references to other stuff. The only thing they're being "mysterious" about is the pirate legend stuff - which no player even is yet - and that's because they want it to be a surprise for players.

    2. It's highly unlikely you've even run into the kraken yet, so I don't know what that rant is about. You object to... the camera angle in the trailer? You're starting to sound more like a concern troll, and not someone who actually bought Sea of Thieves.

    3. If you were this leery about your alleged purchase, you didn't need to front 70 euros to play this game. You could have gotten 14 free days of Game Pass and tried it to your heart's content for those two weeks, then continued paying $10 a month afterward.

    4. I'm pretty sure people who tried the closed betas have a "Founder" tag on the forums. I can't help but notice you don't.

    In summation - I don't believe you.

    If you had half a brain make a freexbox game pass and try the game for 14 days. If you no longer have the option to do so, purchase 1 month for 9.99 and try the game.

    No one forced you to spend 70USD, you choose to

    @shakes-mcqueen i think the founder is more related to when you made the pre purchase. I played the close beta, the open beta and all the scale tests and have no founder tag...

    remember in the launch gameplay trailer, there appeared to be a mechanic to walk the plank and Numerous hungry sharks circling etc... we’re lucky if we see two sharks at one time swimming in opposite directions.

    The game although fun is severely underwhelming. Everything in the world is a decoration. Can’t interact with a single thing. I’m disappointed but it could have been so much greater. Oh well..

    Sharks absolutely do group up if you're in the water long enough. I watched a video of some guys fighting off about 10 sharks at once.

    @shakes-mcqueen I died twice yesterday to sharks trying to recover a chest from a sunken ship! i don't know exactly how shark mechanics work but they are viciuos enough!

    @Padre-Godwin for the first thing, If you can't find that game as a fun there are 3 ez solutions

    1. Find friends to play with, this game is a great extension of just talking
    2. If something silly like kraken body is must have experience for You maybe... You know, games are not for all
    3. Stop crying about price, I'm paying more weekly for weed tbh

    I've had some very cool experiences with the game since release. I can't see into the future as far as longevity but I'm enjoying it thus far.

    I also didn't bother with the betas until the final open. Didn't ruin it for myself.

    @jumpybl same here, I had access to alpha and all betas and I spend in them maybe one hour per each session, just to see the world physics, now without beta overflow I have fresh awesome experience

    Founders are people that played the first alphas, I was invited to the alphas due to being a Microsoft insider for about 5 years, which is how I got my founder status

    But to be on-topic, if you are not sure if its worth your 70 bucks to get the game just use the trial. Its there for such reasons.
    I've spent the full 70 bucks and even pre-ordered so i can be one of the Black Dogs on sea :P. And for me its worth it the money for the amount of hilarious and for the "I s**t my pants moments because a cannon just swepped your ears :D "
