Game Download onto PC

    Have a question for any of you kind people who could help me out. I preordered SOT and as far as I am aware it has downloaded onto my Xbox but cant play. I am trying to download the preorder to my PC but it won't let me I just get a blank screen when I click the button ( even tho it says you already own this game ). I even had a chat with Microsoft support and they said to keep trying as the game gets closer to drop. I have played the last scale and final beta on both devices with no problems So I have a few questions

    1. Has the game actually downloaded on my Xbox or will this have to be downloaded when it drops? I have the 2 SOT icon in my games (Xbox). pre-purchase and Final Beta
    2. Can I download the prepurchase to my PC so it is ready to go on the 20th ?
      Hope someone can help as I would love to be able to just click and go on the 20th. Thanks in advance it's appreciated

    @breeza369 i believe you can only download the full game once launch day hits. so you have to wait 6 more days.

    It has been sitting on my pc for a week or so, it is available for DL.

    @unclemetrik really Uncle, so what am i missing. I go to Microsoft store (logged in ) search SOT in the search bar. It comes up with you already own this product. Gives me an option to play on pc which I click but I get a blank Microsoft screen it hasnt downloaded onto my PC

    @breeza369 IDK mate, it might just not let you install it yet for some reason.

    @breeza369 when I remember correctly there was an Email from Microsoft I got which said the release is march 19. Rare replied to this mail and said that this date isn't the release. Instead it could be the date we could be able to preload the game to be ready for launch.

    @unclemetrik Thanks, Uncle I got the same now. I went to the Xbox hub on my PC and it allowed me to install but I think that was only the precursor as it was a very small download. I think others are right we will have to download it fully as the date gets closer.

    @solodrift619 On yesterday's stream Rare said that we would be able to download it before the launch so its ready to play the moment it releases.
    But they were not sure of when exactly it would be ready to download.
    Probably the day before but we'll eventually get a confirmation
