Weird Lag When On The Stairs of a Ship

Ahoy there fellow pirates i have been having a blast sailing the seas but i have been having a problem as of late. When i transition between decks of a ship especially while sprinting i seem to get stuck and glitch/stutter around in place for a few seconds before it lets me continue. It occurs much more when going up the stairs and it seems to be avoidable when going down if you jump down and over the stairs. I do not know whats causing this and how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

Yep, there are many posts about this. I do hope its just the stress test they are doing. But someone said the stress test is to train/put workers under stress when a server goes down and how fast they can bring the servers back up. I don't know tho. But yes its really annoying and its not only on the stairs, its everywhere below deck. You are not alone.
