Will the Lustrous Legend Sails be available in Austria?

    Hello there,

    last time as Microsoft Rewards Promo you could get the Rare Ruby Hat and every Middle European Country was included. Noone knows why, but Austria wasnt and it was impossible to get this hat. Even with Vpn and a lot of support tickets. I had a lot of tickets for this.
    Rare sent me to Xbox-Support and Xbox sent me back to Rare and so on and on. Both sides said, that the other side is responsible for this... Final: It´s not possible to get the hat.

    Now the Lustruous Legend Sails are announced as the same way of Microsoft Rewards Promo.
    Will this be the same disaster?

    ....that is quite odd, because Austria actually is part of the Microsoft rewards program this time around (it wasn't last year), and Austria is also listed in the participating countries for aka.ms/win, which the video said would give access to the Lustrous Legends flag. Maybe SOT-Support wasn't aware of changes done to the Microsoft Terms of Service?

    I don't know if this means we Austrians only partially take part. However I think it would be particularly odd that we can get Ancient coins and win a Mercedes Benz but are excluded from digital in-game rewards.

    I'll let you know if I find out more in two days. Because personally, I feel the distribution of the Lustrous Legend flag wasn't communicated very well. At least I have no clue what I have to do to get that one. I only know how to get the sails because of how it worked last time.

    You might want to reply to your support ticket as well and friendly make Support aware of Microsoft's change.

    Now I just gotta find out how to get the flag...
