Hi! I'm sort of new to the game but I recently got enough points on the Microsoft Rewards thing to purchase a Rare Ruby Lost Chest Pack. I got the code and submitted it, but I still haven't gotten my ancient coins in game. I was wondering if you knew how long it would take for me to get these?

@unarmedaxolotl If you play on any other platforms than the Microsoft Store PC or Xbox versions, then you will need to load into either of these for the redeem to show on your account as it is a Microsoft Store redeem code.
If you are playing on MS Store/Xbox and it still does not show on your account after 72 hours, then you can contact Support.
