Add Valiant Corsair ship set to Capture A Code contests.

For those who don't know, the Valiant Corsair ship set is an limited-time Oreo themed ship set that was never made available in North America for whatever reason. I think making it a prize for the Capture A Code contests would be a great way to make it available to all players while also keeping it rare.
