Custom seas tournament?

With the addition of custom seas being added to the game in the future, is it unreasonable to wonder if there’s a possibility of Notorious Arena League (NAL), or Sea of Champions (SoC) returning to the game? Or even a variation of these tournaments with ships in an arena-like setting competing with one another for in game cosmetics? The reason these tournaments were shut down is because of the difficulty of setting them up due to arena being shut down. However, in custom seas, you will be able to quickly an easily assemble a way for this competition to be hosted again.
