Xbox Keybinding

    I can’t double up on key binds. I switched the crouch to my right DPAD because I use right analog for my food. When I assigned my crouch to right dpad, I lost the ability to turn pages. Previously this wasn’t a problem because my right dpad was assigned to the pirate chat, and I could still turn pages. So now I have to choose between using my right dpad to turn pages and not being able to use my right dpad for anything else, or using my right dpad and not having the ability to turn pages.

    All of my buttons have assignments. Obviously I can do a work around with other buttons but I’d like to be able to keep my previous keybinds working since console controllers already have limited buttons :-)

    The binds for controller are just an absolute mess in terms of what you can and cannot bind, and what binds clash. It's frustrating.

    For the page turn issue that you highlight, I got around that by binding page turns to LB/RB. It's not ideal (as you have to also hold RT) but it works, and it frees up the D-Pad.

    With the lack of binds being a major issue, I ended up dropping the Pirate Chat wheel entirely. I now have my Spyglass on RB (doesn't clash with page turns somehow), food on D-Pad Right, PTT on D-Pad Left, Emotes on D-Pad Down, and Throwables on D-Pad Up (I did this when I was Hourglass grinding and never switched it back, it used to be the Pirate Chat). I kept crouch on Right Stick Button, and unbound the Blowdart wheel.
