I was playing like 10 minutes ago, I had like 100k worth of treasure then a kiwi beard error code came up and I lost all my stuff, and get get back on the game, what do I do??

Players have reported a temporary workaround for Kiwibeard.
PS5 setting - Storage - Saved Data -PS5 - SoT - Delete
This should work after closing out the game and waiting a few minutes and then relinking your MS account.
Please be aware that the team are still investigating this issue but this workaround should get you all back on the seas.

I assume it's something to do with Sony - Microsoft account linking, as that's what needs to happen each and every time I want to play the game..

No official updates on this yet. But keep your eyes on the Social Media accounts for updates on this as that is where any downtime/fixes will be announced.
